今景気最後の好決算ラッシュ。んー。
○ 強引な売上
単体で売上前期比急増なのに連結で微増。つーかグループ内での売上の付け替え大作戦。まあ別にいいんだけどよ。前期もそうだったことを考えると来期はもっとグループ内比重が増えそう。人件費を人材会社に固めてみたり、しかも人材会社の売上の95％がグループ内売上だったりろくなことしねえ。
○ 益出し
まあこのご時世だから増収減益とは言いにくいとはいえ、決算方針をころころ変えるな。いちいち点検する側の気持ちになってくれ。当期償却のはずが五年、五年のはずが二十年なのは一般的すぎ。しかも上方修正だとか言ってちょっと上がってるのが笑える。どこで帳尻を合わせるつもりなのだろう。
○ 裏口上場したそうな子会社
無理矢理高値に吊り上げた挙句すげえこと画策してそうな子会社がちらほら。IPOバブルは終わりに近づいてるっつーのに。別に他意はねえけど上場申請したらチクリ入れとこう。
○ 何か合併見通し
変なところに金が積まれとる。合併でも画策してんのかね。おかげでROIが急落。やめとけ、引き当てるな。積むな積むな。でもキャッシュは温存してある。積みすぎだ。ありえねえ。財務CF大黒で営業CFもDCFも激減。バレバレだ。いい加減にしておくれ。
○ 東証一部上場したそうな会社
公募増資狙いなのがバレバレ。そんなに金が欲しいのか。つか、成長性だけで一部上場申請すんなよ。何かすぐにでもファイナンスしないとヤバいことでもあんのか。まあとんとんでしか事業回ってないからねえ。そのとんとんだって怪しいものだが。
○ セントラル・ブルーマウンテン問題
またセントラル・ブルーマウンテンか。もういい加減解散しましょうや。やりすぎだって。もういいから。分かったから。そんな零細証券の上場手助けなんかしなくてもやっていけるから。頼むからもうそんな変な会社の上場申請や変な決算の適正意見に絡まないでくれ。お願いだから。な。

みすず書房から出てるものの方がはるかに分かりやすい。
値段は3倍くらい違うが訳のレベルもかなり違う。
放っておくとまた前のように絶版になる可能性があるから
買うなら早めに買うのを勧める。
